RB Engineering is a full-service electrical engineering firm located at #4-1850 Northfield Road in Nanaimo, the hub city for Vancouver Island, and is 100% employee owned. At our company, four Directors take the lead in setting our strategic direction and focus and also serve as working Principals. With small working teams led by our Principals and Associates, we can focus on quality, innovation, and successful outcomes for our projects and clients.
Our firm has been established for years, and over that time has gained extensive commercial mercantile project experience throughout Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Our goal is to provide efficient and intelligent Electrical Engineering services to our clients in a timely and effective manner. Being local to central Vancouver Island, RB Engineering provides service to development sites throughout Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands with a quick turnaround, as well as enabling us to provide quick responses to site issues and minimize travel disbursements.
Our staff of 15 includes engineers, technologists, technicians, and administrative support who have been educated in and have gained long-standing experience throughout Western Canada. Our team is a tried-and-true group of professionals that possess technical expertise and commitment to innovation and offers a full suite of services to facilitate the complete project life cycle including conceptual planning, detailed design, tender, construction, and on-site testing/commissioning. Our cumulative experience in the electrical industry amounts to over 125 years of electrical design, project management, technical writing, construction, programming, and commissioning.
